4th Judicial District Drug Task Force

• Demetrius Johnson, 22, of 1764 N. Leverett Ave. Apt. 33 in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday morning in connection with delivery of prescription drugs. He was being held Tuesday in the Washington County Detention Center. No bond had been set.

Arkansas Community Correction

• Christopher Ryan Rinehart, 29 of Crosset was arrested Tuesday in connection with a parole violation. Rinehart was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Ariston Kirk, 25, of 120 Magnolia St. in Carrollton, Ga., was arrested Monday in connection with felony aggravated assault and misdemeanor domestic battering and endangering the welfare of a minor. He was being held Tuesday in the Washington County Detention Center. No bond had been set.

Siloam Springs

• Whitney Leigh Roberts, 24, of 15515 Old Arkansas 68 was arrested Tuesday in connection with domestic battering in the second degree, disorderly conduct and endangering the welfare of a minor in the second degree. Roberts was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

• Charles Birchfield, 48, of 1006 Porter Ave. was arrested Monday in connection with four counts of felony breaking or entering and misdemeanor four counts of theft of property. Birchfield was in the Washington County Detention Center on Tuesday in lieu of $2,500 bond.

• Mario Balmaceda-Sotelo, 65, of 1565 Tumbleweed Drive was arrested Monday in connection with three counts of second-degree sexual assault. Balmaceda-Sotelo was in the Washington County Detention Center on Tuesday in lieu of $25,000 bond.

• Kayron Mahone, 34, of Augusta Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with delivery of methamphetamine or cocaine; possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. He was being held Tuesday in the Washington County Detention Center. No bond had been set.

• Mohamed Salem, 31, of 1118 S. 22nd St. in Fort Smith was arrested Monday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was being held Tuesday in the Washington County Detention Center. No bond had been set.

• A theft of a mailbox was reported at 3:45 p.m. Saturday at 15328 Shipe Road in Gravette.

• A theft of dogs was reported at 4:07 p.m. Monday at 21394 Stateline Road in Sulphur Springs.

• A caller reported at 7:25 p.m. Monday that someone came on her property at 5677 Ervin McGarrah Road in Lowell and killed and skinned a goat.

• A burglary was reported Monday at 1609 Horseshoe Drive.
