Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Cleo Martin Horton, 23, of 700 E. Sumac in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with two counts of failure to register as a sex offender and registered offender unlawfully residing near a school or daycare. Horton was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with a $100,000 bond set.

• Bryan Borjes Ochoa, 19, of 802 N. Wright St. in Siloam Springs was arrested Friday in connection with delivery of methamphetamine/cocaine and possession of a controlled substance. Ochoa was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Bentonville

• Kelsey Rachele Hull, 22, of 910 Madison County 8325 in Hindsville was arrested Friday in connection with felony theft by receiving, contempt and driving while license cancelled, suspended or revoked. Hull was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Farmington

• Kelly Biller, 47, of 96 Barbara St. was arrested Thursday in connection with parole violation and third-degree battery. He was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $5,165 bond.

University of Arkansas Police

• Jack Jones, 22, of 705 W. Douglas St. was arrested Friday in connection with fleeing, and misdemeanor public intoxication and resisting arrest. He was released Friday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $1,240 bond.

Washington County Sheriff's Office

• Jessica Eldredge, 24, of 6519 Jean Fay Lane in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and obstruction of governmental operations. She was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

• Bria Giesler, 21, of 474 N. Coral Canyon Loop in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanor driving while intoxicated on drugs, second-degree criminal mischief and parking in a handicap space. She was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $2,500 bond.

• Melissa Glasscock, 30, of 1115 Baldwin Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with parole violation, theft of property and misdemeanor fraudulent use of a credit card. She was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $3,500 bond.

Accidents

Fayetteville

• An accident involving a motorcycle and car happened about noon Thursday at West Wedington Drive and North Colorado Drive in front of Taco Bell. The motorcyclist was taken to Washington Regional Medical Center for treatment of a punctured lung, broken rib and several lacerations to his face and nose. Police said the 16-year-old driver of the car hit the motorcyclist. The juvenile was arrested in connection with possession of a controlled substance (marijuana).

• A 74-year-old woman and 67-year-old man were hospitalized after a car accident at 13th and Cypress streets on Thursday.

• A woman reported burglary at 307 E. Southpoint Ave. late Thursday. The back door was unlocked, things had been stolen from the house and she found beer cans and discarded cigarettes, she told police.

• A woman reported an iPad stolen at 430 S. Dixieland Road on Thursday.

• A man was cited and released for shoplifting at Walmart, 2110 W. Walnut on Thursday. The man was cited separately for possession of a controlled substance.

• A man reported his child's phone lost or stolen from Oakdale Middle School, 511 N. Dixieland Road, on Thursday.

• Vehicle registration tags were reported stolen from 1010 S. 19th St. on Thursday.

• A woman was arrested for shoplifting at Walmart, 4208 S. Pleasant Crossing Blvd., on Thursday.
