Thomas Nesmith, 43, of 2860 Elizabeth St. in Fayetteville was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with the purpose of delivery. Nesmith was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center with a $3,500 bond.
