Subiaco Academy, a Catholic college preparatory boarding and day school for young men, will host a Shadow Day for prospective junior high and high school students and their parents Friday. The event is open to boys in grades six through 10.
Early arrivals may spend Thursday night in a dorm. Parents can stay in the school’s guest facility or in a nearby hotel.
Shadow Days are scheduled throughout the school year to give students and parents a chance to visit the academy. Visiting students can experience dorm life, shadow classes, meet teachers and current students, and tour the facilities, while parents can meet with administrators and faculty members, take a campus tour, or attend information sessions.
Subiaco Academy was founded in 1887 by the Benedictine monks at Subiaco Abbey.
