Twelve years after former President Clinton first ran for the White House, Little Rock is again the mixing point for the youthful energy and savvy political skills needed to carry out a national campaign. As a sign of the Clark campaign’s growing confidence, the staff announced revised fundraising figures Saturday that showed $3.5 million had been raised since he jumped into the race.
