Luper 50th
Mr and Mrs. Billy Luper of Lowell will celebrate their golden wedding anniversary with a reception from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. May 31, 2013, at the Hickory Creek Boat Dock Restaurant. Billy Luper and Linda Mounce was married June 1, 1963, in Stilwell, Okla. They have four children, Elisha Luper Wright and husband Wayne Wright of Lowell, Kevin Luper and wife Kimber of Lowell, Kimberly Luper and Louise Padilla of Lowell and Joshua Kyle Luper of the home, and five grandchildren.
