Police Seeking Information On Shots Fired Into House

SPRINGDALE — Police are investigating an incident in which several rounds were fired into a house.

Latasha Evans called 911 Monday at 2:56 a.m. to say someone had shot her residence at 1530 Butterfield Coach Road, according to police records.

Evans said she woke to the sound of gunfire and found bullet holes in the windows of her house and in a truck parked outside. No one was injured, but officers found bullet holes in every window on the street side of the house, according to a Police Department news release. Officers also found bullet holes in walls and in an entertainment center.

No one saw a person or vehicle on the street, and no shell casings were found.
