• Angel Gradillia Falcon, 21, of 2213 W. Locust St., Apt. 16, in Rogers was arrested Sunday in connection with two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Gradillia Falcon was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• David Wayne Leroy, 39, of 221 W. Kerr St. in Sulphur Springs was arrested Sunday in connection with felony failure to appear. Leroy was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Francisco Lopez-Puga, 34, of 1020 Hendrix St. in Rogers was arrested Saturday in connection with felony aggravate assault on a family or household member. Lopez-Puga was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail on $10,000 bond.

• Robert Harry Shaffer, 19, of 3837 N. Arkansas St. in Rogers was arrested Sunday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Shaffer was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Derek Fowler, 24, of 311 W. Elise Ave. in Forrest City was arrested Sunday in connection with felony violation of a suspended sentence. Fowler was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.

• Anthony Louis Estrada, 19, of 5707 E. 86th St. North in Owasso, Okla., was arrested Sunday in connection with felony breaking or entering. Estrada was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

• Bryan Casillas-Silva, 19, of 2201 S.E. Adam St. in Topeka, Kan., was arrested Saturday in connection with felony forgery. Casillas-Silva was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.

• Jessica Cowan, 31, of 2931 Brushwood Ave. was arrested Sunday in connection with felony aggravated assault. Cowan was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.

• Isidro Garcia, 24, of 1018 Parker Ave. was arrested Sunday in connection with felony forgery. Garcia was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Brandy Hendrickson, 35, of 3449 S. Kings Ave. in Springfield, Mo., was arrested Saturday in connection with felony forgery. Hendrickson was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond.

• Police responded Sunday to a report of a back door smashed open at 706 N. Third St.
