EL DORADO - El Dorado police have arrested a teenage boy in the July 13 shooting death of a 27-year-old man.
The 17-year-old boy, who was not named because of his age, was taken into custody Monday afternoon on a warrant for first-degree murder and was held in lieu of a $1 million bond, police Capt. Kevin Holt said.
A second arrest warrant has been issued for another boy, also 17, in the death of Eric L. Williams.
