University of Arkansas football Coach Bret Bielema will be the guest speaker for the sixth annual Swing for the Cure Golf Classic on Friday at Shadow Valley Country Club in Rogers.
The tournament, a benefit for the Susan G. Komen Ozark Affiliate, will feature a morning flight at 8:30 a.m. and an afternoon flight at 1:30 p.m. Lunch will be served from noon-1:30 p.m.
The tournament is a four-man scramble. Registration starts at $1,000 per team.

The Arkansas & Missouri Railroad will host a special Scholarship Express excursion tour for the Single Parent Scholarship Fund of Northwest Arkansas. The train tour is scheduled to depart at 1:30 p.m. Sunday from the Springdale depot, 107 N. Commercial St.
Families can enjoy a complimentary lunch and some Breyers ice cream on their journey. The train is scheduled to return about 4:30 p.m.
Tickets are free for scholarship recipient families. Supporters may purchase tickets at a cost of $32-$77.
Proceeds go directly to the Single Parent Scholarship Fund. More information is available by calling (479) 751-5763.
