Michael Richard Tuttle, 23, of 69 Perry Winkle Lane in Farmington was arrested Friday in connection with fleeing (by vehicle with extreme indifference), a felony, and with felony parole violation. He was being held on $2,50 bond Saturday in the Benton County Jail.

Curtis Curtsinger, 47, of 11958 E. Applehill Road in Prairie Grove was arrested Saturday in connection with felony possession of drug paraphernalia. He was in the Washington C0unty Detention Center on $2,500 bond Saturday.

Judith Hathaway, 44, of 1001 Greenwood St.

was arrested Saturday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance, along with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, violation of implied consent, possession of a controlled substance and careless driving. She was in the Washington County Detention Center on $4,195 bond Saturday.

William Kelly, 34, of 3280 Cato Springs Road was arrested Saturday inconnection with felony aggravated assault, thirddegree domestic battery, resisting arrest, driving while intoxicated, violation of implied consent, terroristic threatening, third-degree domestic battery, seconddegree criminal mischief and violation of probation/ suspended sentence. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $10,000 bond Saturday.

Andrew James Kotts, 25, of 813 S.W. Krug Road in Bentonville was arrested Friday in connection with felony parole violation. He was being held on no bond Saturday in the Benton County Jail.

Lanita Reed, 34, of 1075 Brookhaven Ave. No. 106 was arrested Saturday in connection with felony forgery.She also faces charges from another department. She was in the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond Saturday.

Anex Trail in Fayetteville was arrested Saturday in connection with financial identity fraud, driving while intoxicated, violation of implied consent, third-degree endangering the welfare of a minor, failure to yield, no child restraint and smoking with a child in a vehicle. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond Saturday.

Jenna Adair-Duncan, 41, of 2549 N. Kansas Ave. in Wichita, Kan., was arrested Friday in connection with felony violation of the Arkansas hot check law. She was in theWashington County Detention Center without bond Saturday. University Of Arkansas Police

Kandis Cannon, 23, of 619 E. Franklin St. in Siloam Springs was arrested Friday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance, and breaking or entering, along with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. She was in the Washington County Detention Center on $3,160 bond Saturday.
