Arrests Benton County Sheriff’s Office

Matthew Dane Martin, 19, of 1201 A Mills Lane in Lowell was arrested Thursday in connection with minor in possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with purpose to deliver a controlled substance. Martin was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Chassidy Ann Nance, 27, of Stilwell, Okla., was arrested Friday in connection with felony failure to appear. Nance was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with a $3,500 bond set.

Jason Edward Drymon, 33, of 13178 Frisco Church Road in Lowell was arrested Thursday in connection with felony nonsupport. Drymon was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

John Jay Phillips, 53, of 12896 Recreation Drive in Lowell was arrested Thursday in connection with breaking or entering and a parole violation.

Phillips was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with a $5,000 bond set.

Dusten Blake Ward, 19, of 12606 Douglas Lane in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with minor in possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with purpose to deliver a controlled substance. Ward was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Dennis Williams, 31, of 13970 Turnberry Lane in Siloam Springs was arrested Friday in connection with theft of property. Williams was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with a $7,500 bond set.

Fayetteville

Brian Tarde, 29, of 1620 N.

Betty Jo was arrested Friday in connection with felony fleeing and possession of a controlled substance, along with misdemeanor reckless driving, driving left of center, no turn signal, driving on a suspended/revoked license and failure to appear. He also faces charges from another department. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $5,005 bond Friday.

Johnson

Matthew Carr, 27, of 209 S. Willow in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with felony residential burglary and theft of property. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Friday.

Rogers

Teresa Martin, 25, of 912 N. 31st St. was arrested Friday in connection with battery in the second degree, criminal mischief in the first degree, obstructing governmental operations, public intoxication and resisting arrest. Martin was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

Justin S. Duncan, 34, of 418724 E. 503 Road in Colcord, Okla. was arrested Friday in connection with two felony warrants and one misdemeanor warrant from Delaware County, Okla.

Police said Duncan was found sleeping on the porch in a mobile home sales lot.

Duncan was in the Washington County Detention Center on Friday awaiting extradition to Oklahoma.

Washington County Sheriff’s Office

Corey Wright, 35, of 114Stakey in Colt was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond Friday.

Fire Rogers

Firefighters called for a house on fire found a malfunctioning stove at 1201 S. 13th St. on Thursday. The electrical panel on the back of the stove was the only thing damaged.

A car fire was reported at 4300 W. Walnut St. on Thursday. Firefighters found a Ford F-150 pickup with a small fire under the hood.

The manager of Red Robin kept the fire under control by using two extinguishers before firefighters arrived. The fire appeared to have started in the pickup’s brakes, according to the report.

Police Bentonville

A theft was reported at 7:54 p.m. Thursday at 302 N.W. Abbey Place.

Officers were called for a report of identity theft at 1:40 p.m. Thursday at 1304 S.W.

Elm Tree Road.

Shoplifting was reported at 2:25 p.m. Thursday at 406 S.

Walton Blvd.

A theft was reported at8:52 a.m. Thursday at 805 S.E.

Moberly Lane.

Rogers

Paul Kraus, 5226 Spring Lake Court, reported identity theft Thursday after receiving a collection letter on a loan he didn’t make.

Heritage Park Nursing Center, 1513 S. Dixieland, reported theft of medication Thursday.

A burglary was reported at 510 N. Seventh St. after someone tried to enter the home early Thursday morning.

Barbara Baker, 807 N. 15th St., reported theft of a wallet on Wednesday. A man talked with Baker about work on the home and the wallet was discovered missing after he left, Baker told police.

Trulio Martinez reported theft of a wallet on Wednesday from Harp’s, 715 N. Second St.

A theft was reported at 730 W. Laurel Circle on Wednesday.

Joyce Frane, 2705 W.

Highland Drive, reported identity theft on Wednesday.

Sonia Keith reported a burglary on Wednesday from 2870 W. Walnut St.

Horast Pardus, 810 N.

Century Drive, reported a forgery on Wednesday.

Indecent exposure was reported at Veterans Park, 500 E. Veterans Parkway, on Wednesday. A woman said a man in dark clothes approached her on the north side of the park, exposed himself and walked back into the trees.

Springdale

An employee of George’s, 1306 Kansas St., reported Friday the theft of a companyowned gray 2001 Ford Taurus.
