Benton County

• Dustin D. Wells, 36, and Ginger Lee Wells, 33, both of 19631 Jewel Drive in Gravette were arrested Sunday in connection with felony commercial burglary and theft by receiving. They were being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail without bond.

Bentonville

• Michael Lamar Oller, 23, of 2518 E. Battlefield Blvd. No. 7 was arrested Saturday in connection with felony aggravated assault. Oller was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail without bond.

Fayetteville

• Eddie Ruano, 21, of 2247 Emily Circle in Springdale was arrested Sunday in connection with driving while intoxicated, driving on a suspended license, careless driving and violation of implied consent. He also faces a possible parole violation. Ruano was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

Johnson

• Forest Woltman, 19, of Siloam Springs was arrested Saturday in connection with felony theft by receiving and misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and driving on a suspended/revoked license. Woltman was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on $1,565 bond.

Springdale

• Joshua Hickenbottom, 30, of 580 E. Randall Wobbe Lane was arrested Saturday in connection with felony aggravated assault. He also faces a possible parole violation. Hickenbottom was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

• Juan Cabrera-Martinez, 44, of 4097 Delmon Lane was arrested Saturday in connection with felony aggravated assault. Cabrera-Martinez was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

Rogers

• Romeo Arnulfo Chinchilla, 23, of 601 W. Easy St. D39 was arrested Saturday in connection with felony second-degree battery, along with two misdemeanor counts of failure to appear. He was held Sunday in the Benton County Detention Center on $1,590 bond.

Sheriff’s Office

• Carlo Vanbrunt, 23, of 126 Killdeer Drive in Farmington was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance, along with two misdemeanor counts of failure to pay fines and six misdemeanor counts of failure to appear. He also faces charges from another department. Vanbrunt was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on $15,921 bond.

• Priscilla Cloud, 29, of Watts, Okla., was arrested Saturday in connection with felony forgery, failure to appear, fraudulent use of a credit card, theft of property, financial identity fraud and theft of property, along with misdemeanor failure to appear. Cloud was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on $83,580 bond.

• Joy Spencer, 34, of 15954 Easterline Road in Pea Ridge was arrested Saturday in connection with felony fraudulent use of a credit card, accomplice and two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card. Spencer was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on $6,000 bond.

• David Brack, 51, of 15500 Low Gap Road in West Fork was arrested Sunday in connection with felony driving on a suspended/revoked license and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. He also faces a possible parole violation. Brack was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.
