Quorum Court OKs Sheriff’s Vehicles

Benton County Sheriff’s Office deputies will sport a new look soon as the Quorum Court on Thursday approved $255,000 to buy 10 Chevrolet Tahoes for the department.

The county’s application for a $200,000 Drug Court Enhancement Grant.

Authorizing the county judge to enter into an agreement for hazardous material incident response services.

Spending $25,000 for security equipment at the Benton County Courthouse.

Spending $10,000 from the Alternative Dispute Resolution Grant for Circuit Court, Division IV.

Spending $4,950 for a smart board in Circuit Court, Division II.
