Arrests 4th Judicial District Drug Task Force • Jeffrey Ruzic, 55, of 3208 N. Warwick Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Ruzic was in the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond Wednesday.
