FAYETTEVILLE — Residents have several opportunities to meet with their state legislators during a series of forums planned at the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce, 123 W. Mountain St.
The first forum is scheduled from 4 to 5 p.m. Friday.
Additional forums will follow at the same time every two weeks: Feb. 8, Feb. 22, March 8, March 22 and April 5.
Patti Kimbrough, chamber director of special events and government relations, said lawmakers invited to participate include Sen. Uvalde Lindsey, D-Fayetteville; Sen. Jon Woods, R-Springdale; Rep. Justin Harris, R-West Fork; Rep. Charlie Collins, R-Fayetteville; Rep. David Whitaker, R-Fayetteville; and Rep. Greg Leding, D-Fayetteville.
Legislators will brief constituents about goings-on at the state Capitol, and residents will have an opportunity to ask questions and voice concerns.
