Alcohol Ordinance Approved

The City Council approved an ordinance regulating the sale of alcoholic beverages after tweaking it to better conform with state laws Tuesday night. The ordinance allows selling alcohol from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., prohibits drive-through windows and requires a conditional use permit if retailers are within 500 feet of a city park or trail.
