On the agenda:
• Appropriating $206,929 from Community Development Block Grant reserve to professional services, public transit, public service, housing and public construction project. The money is for projects carried over from 2012.
• Appropriating $95,695 from airport reserve to the apron rehab project, a carryover project from 2012.
• Appropriating $269,350 from street fund reserve to five project accounts carried over from 2012.
• Appropriating $67,960 from District Court automation reserve to pay for computer needs and office expenditures.
• Appropriating $411,530 from general fund reserve for 2012 carry over projects at the Rogers Little Theater; disaster relief; the Fire Department; the city cemetery; trails; software licensing; the Adult Wellness Center; and court mediation.
• Appropriating $3,650 from general fund reserve for wireless telephone bills contested by the city officials.
• Authorizing the mayor to enter into a $70,000 contract with New World Systems for data file conversion services.
• Authorizing the mayor to enter into a $50,000 contract with Main Street Rogers for management of the Main Street Rogers program.
• A request to rezone four acres on South 28th Street from agricultural to commercial zoning.
• Authorizing a $19,000 amendment to the contract with Jacobs Engineering for work associated with the construction of Price Lane.
