Man Arrested on Suspicion of False Imprisonment

A 59-year-old West Fork man was arrested Sunday in connection with felony false imprisonment and terroristic threatening.

According to a police report, Terry Bradley of 12957 Dandelion Road held a woman against her will for several days.

The woman told police she went to Bradley’s house Jan. 15 to retrieve some of her belongings and Bradley would not allow her to leave. She told police Bradley threatened to shoot her in the back or cut her throat.

According to the report, on Saturday, Bradley told the woman to get in his car, made her put the seat back and placed a towel over her head. She told police when Bradley got out of the car to lock a gate she got out of the car and ran to Malico Mountain Road.

She told police Bradley chased her in his car then blocked both lanes of the road. The woman told police that Bradley told her that “no girl gets out alive when they try to leave.”

A passer-by showed up at the scene and the woman got into their truck and left, according to the report.

Police arrested Bradley on Sunday. He was being in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
