James Sandoval graduated from Rogers High School in 2006, according to school records. He began volunteering at Oakdale in the fall of 2006, moving to Elmwood Middle School in 2011.

What a nice article about James. He worked on Carlos Chicas' city council campaign too. He was always one of the first to arrive to work wherever they were campaigning. Such a tireless worker. Glad to see articles like this about good community servants.
