Manning hopes to bid Lewis bye

Alabama running back T.J. Yeldon works his way past Notre Dame linebacker Prince Shembo (55) during the first half of Alabama’s 42-14 victory in the BCS National Championship Game on Monday night. Yeldon rushed 21 times for 108 yards and one touchdown. Yeldon and Lacy had a combined 41 rushes for 248 yards. “All Alabama,” Notre Dame Coach Brian Kelly said at halftime. “I mean we can’t tackle them right now. And who knows why?
