KEEP THE SHOOTER BEHIND BARS AND THAT WILL KEEP HIM FROM DOING IT AGAIN. why do these killers have a bail and why do we parole them after so many years? Want to stop gun violence make them pay in prison by being an organ and blood donor. Don't give them free room and board like we do. Most of the felons have nothing to loose by going back to prison since they have free medical health and dental and housing. We could discourage this by letting them know they will be giving back life to others after taking one. 2 kidneys when they only need 1 . corneas- they only need one to see and blood that is always on a shortage could be in plentiful supply. If the President would pass this law he wouldn't have to worry so much about guns being in the hands of killers since this would make them think twice.
