100 YEARS AGO Jan. 2, 1913 Superintendent R. C. Hall of the Little Rock public schools has announced that all 6-year-old children and those who will reach the age of 6 years anytime during the month of February will be entitled to enter the public schools at the beginning of the second term on January 27. Every child entering the school is required to have been vaccinated before a permit will be granted.
