A Phillips County man apparently is far ahead of even Arkansas lawmakers in the arms race, and he’s in trouble with the law — so much so that new legislation probably wouldn’t help him.

Pretty pathetic.
It's time to abolish the office of constable.
Also somebody needs to find out why this good ol boy constantly gets probation, why his records were sealed, why the criminal justicae system has given him a free ride.
