Police, Microsoft develop system to quickly compile data

When a call comes in, images from various security cameras can quickly be scanned by the New York City Police Department using its new system.
If a 911 call comes in about a possible bomb in lower Manhattan, an alert will pop up on computer screens at the New York City Police Department.
