4A SOUTH CAC 48, MALVERN 43

ARKADELPHIA - Dylan Sherrill led the Central Arkansas Christian Mustangs with 21 points in a semifinal victory over the Malvern Leopards at Ouachita Baptist University. CAC (25-5) jumped out to a 21-9 lead after the first quarter. Malvern outscored the Mustangs 34-27 the rest of the way. Josh Holland added 12 points. Kaylen Burns scored 18 and Travon Polk 10 for Malvern.

3A REGION 1 CHARLESTON 68, GREEN FOREST 26

PARIS - Andrew Smith scored 22 points as the Charleston Tigers rolled to a first-round victory over the Green Forest Tigers. Chance Shelby added 10 points for Charleston (19-3), which led 42-10 at the half. Clayton Watson scored 10 to lead Green Forest.

MANSFIELD 70, ELKINS 56

PARIS - Carl Jones scored 20 points and Jesse Cotner 18 as the Mansfield Tigers downed the Elkins Elks in a first-round game. Mansfield led 34-14 at the half. Dillon Gash scored 23 points to lead Elkins.

HOXIE - Autry Allen’s 21 points led the Earle Bulldogs to a first-round victory over the Bergman Panthers. Michael Burnett added 15, DeQuan Trotter 12 and Tevin Scott 11 for Earle (23-11).

2A EAST POYEN 65, CLARENDON 60

CARLISLE - Kaleb Collins scored 23 points and the Poyen Indians outlasted the Clarendon Lions in a semifinal game at Carlisle High School. Parker Shields added 18 points and Cameron Collins 10 for Poyen (26-3), which led 34-23 at the half and 45-30 entering the fourth quarter. Jamen Jackson scored 17 to lead Clarendon. Reggie Knox and Steve Tyler added 15 each.

2A WEST CONWAY CHRISTIAN 59, DECATUR 49

MAGAZINE - Brandon Helms scored 15 points in leading the Conway Christian Eagles to a first-round victory over the Decatur Bulldogs. Mark Belvardi added 12 and Caleb Dather 10 for Conway Christian. Mario Urquidi led Decatur with 18 points, while Dakota Pitcher added 15.

2A NORTH RIVERSIDE 69, TUCKERMAN 59

IMBODEN - Logan Meurer scored a game-high 25 points to lead the Riverside Rebels to a first-round victory over the Tuckerman Bulldogs. Alteeno Sain added 21 points for Riverside (22-13), which led 24-19 at halftime. Cade Niswonger led Tuckerman with 23 points and Spencer Shannon added 20.

1A REGION 2 CALICO ROCK 47, WEINER 42

STRAWBERRY - Remi Lively led the Calico Rock Pirates with 14 points in a first round victory over the Weiner Cardinals at Hillcrest High School. Bryan Parnell added 13 for Calico Rock (24-10), which trailed 24-20 at the half. Logan Bray scored 12 and Alex Nicholson 10 for Weiner (17-17).

1A REGION 3 WS GREERS FERRY 80, WONDERVIEW 51

GREERS FERRY - The host West Side Greers Ferry Eagles were led by Logan Bailey’s 20 points in a first-round victory over the Wonderview Daredevils. Ben Hargrove added 19 for West Side, which jumped out to a 22-2 lead after the first quarter. John Beck led Wonderview with 14 points.

1A REGION 4 STEPHENS 77, EMERSON 41

EMERSON - Travon Harper led the Stephens Roadrunners with 22 points in a semifinal victory over the host Emerson Pirates. Cortes Thompson added 16 for Stephens, which led 19-10 after one quarter and 48-26 at the half. Detwain Smith scored 12 and Charles Thompson nine for Emerson.

4A SOUTH MALVERN 54, CAC 49, OT

ARKADELPHIA - Sophomore Raven Baker scored 14 points as the Malvern Lady Leopards (28-2) survived an overtime affair with the Central Arkansas Christian Lady Mustangs at Ouachita Baptist University. Falan Miller led CAC (24-7) with 16 points, while sophomore Sydnie Jones added 10. Malvern plays Star City in tonight’s championship game.

STAR CITY 51, BAUXITE 44

ARKADELPHIA - Tyeshia Harris scored 13 points and grabbed seven rebounds as the Star City Lady Bulldogs earned a semifinal victory over the Bauxite Lady Miners. Kindra Redix added 11 points and Jaida Harden 10 for Star City (25-4), which led 26-23 at the half. Mary Crow scored 23 points to lead Bauxite (21-9).

4A NORTH MAUMELLE 38, OZARK 34

Senior Meyonsha Riddles scored 14 points and grabbed eight rebounds as the host Maumelle Lady Hornets pulled away from the Ozark Lady Hillbillies for a first round victory. Taylor Pippins added 10 for Maumelle, which trailed 18-16 at the half. Sophomore Kamry Orr added eight points and made four steals. Sophomore Olivia Melton scored 15 points and collected eight rebounds for Ozark (20-10). Celia Heffington came off the bench and grabbed 13 rebounds for Ozark, while Abby Helmet had nine rebounds.

POTTSVILLE 37, FARMINGTON 36

Hannah Barnett and Courtney Dotson each scored 10 points as the Pottsville Lady Apaches upset the Farmington Lady Cardinals in a first-round game. Pottsville (14-12) led 15-11 after the first quarter but trailed 19-17 at the half. Tiffany Rhame scored 10 points to lead Farmington (20-9).

3A REGION 1 CHARLESTON 46, CEDARVILLE 30

PARIS - Morgan Prescott scored 16 points as the Charleston Lady Tigers rolled late for a first-round victory over the Cedarville Lady Pirates. Shanda Brown scored 10 points to lead Cedarville, which trailed 18-11 at the half. Charleston put the game away by outscoring Cedarville 20-10 in the fourth quarter.

ELKINS 58, MANSFIELD 55

PARIS - Skylar Johnson scored 23 points and the Elkins Lady Elks survived a first-round contest with the Mansfield Lady Tigers. Andrea Wilson added 12 for Elkins, which led 28-20 at the half. Kaylie Pyles scored 17 and Julie Lee 11 for Mansfield, which tied the game at 66-66 entering the fourth quarter.

3A REGION 2 JESSIEVILLE 55, HARDING ACADEMY 44

JESSIEVILLE - Peyton Herrell and Justice Reliford powered the Jessieville Lady Lions to a 17-point lead and they withstood a late Harding Academy three-point flurry for a semifinal victory. Jessieville (29-0) plays Riverview in tonight’s regional championship game. Herrell scored 18 points and grabbed eight rebounds. Reliford scored 17 for Jessieville, which held a 24-18 lead at the half. Haley Smith hit four of Harding Academy’s five three-pointers in the game’s final 3:02. Smith finished with 16 points. Shelby Gowen added 11 points for the Lady Wildcats (20-9).

RIVERVIEW 59, E STEM 37

JESSIEVILLE - Freshman Kayla Young led the Riverview Lady Raiders with 19 points in a semifinal victory over the E Stem Lady Mets. E Stem (19-6) led 16-13 after the first quarter, but the Lady Mets were limited to two points in the second quarter. Meg Meachum added 12 points and Dymond Smith 11. Olivia McWilliams led E Stem with 20 points.

2A NORTH BUFFALO ISLAND 57, SALEM 50

IMBODEN - The Buffalo Island Central Lady Mustangs outscored Salem 23-20 in the first half and 34-30 in the second half to earn a first-round victory at Sloan-Hendrix High School. Brittany Fowler led BIC (31-7) with 25 points and Sidney Mitchum led Salem with 20 points.

PANGBURN 85, MARKED TREE 75, OT

IMBODEN - Wendy Watts led the Pangburn Lady Tigers with 27 points in an overtime victory over the Marked Tree Lady Indians at Sloan-Hendrix High School. Savannah Tharp added 22 and Kayla Gray 19 for Pangburn, which outscored Marked Tree 18-8 in the extra period. Alytrius Perry led Marked Tree with 30 points, while Alexia Perry scored 21 and Quanesia Perry 12.

2A EAST POYEN 48, MOUNT IDA 33

CARLISLE - Kylie Smith led the Poyen Lady Indians with 21 points in a semifinal victory over the Mount Ida Lady Lions. Elizabeth Kratz added 16 for Poyen (21-7). Whitney Wilson scored 11 for Mount Ida. 2A WEST MAGAZINE 74, QUITMAN 52

MAGAZINE - Allison Greb scored 20 points as the host Magazine Lady Rattlers eliminated the Quitman Lady Bulldogs. Dara Hunt added 19 points and McKenzie Loyd 15 for Magazine, which broke out to a 21-3 lead after the first quarter and led 35-24 at the half. Roseanna Ezell scored 28 points to lead Quitman, while Alexandra Bohannan added nine.

1A REGION 2 VIOLA 52, ARMOREL 48

STRAWBERRY - Hannah Duvall scored 19 points and Kierston Moore added 18 as the Viola Lady Longhorns topped the Armorel Lady Tigers in a first-round game at Hillcrest High School. Viola (15-12) led 26-21 at the half and 37-30 entering the final quarter. Madison Carr scored 24 and Amanda Skelton 18 for Armorel (9-17).

WEINER 57, MAMMOTH SPRING 38

STRAWBERRY - Peyton Craft scored 28 points as the Weiner Lady Cardinals posted a first-round victory over the Mammoth Spring Lady Bears. Kaci Mack added 13 for Weiner (26-11), which held a 27-21 lead at the half and outscored the Lady Bears 15-5 in the third quarter. Sydney Peck scored 10 and Alex Taylor eight for Mammoth Spring (9-23).

1A REGION 3 GUY-PERKINS 62, CONCORD 49

GREERS FERRY - Abigail Smith scored 21 points to lead the Guy-Perkins Lady Thunderbirds over the Concord Lady Pirates in a first-round game. Alexis Hogan added 15 for Guy-Perkins, which led 33-25 at the half and 51-37 after three quarters. Emanda Reeves scored 16 and Megan Talley 13 for Concord.

WONDERVIEW 46, WS GREERS FERRY 40

GREERS FERRY - Bailey Zimmerman and Laken Ward scored 14 points each as the Wonderview Lady Daredevils ousted the host West Side Greers Ferry Lady Eagles. Abby Turney scored 20 points for West Side. Gracie Waters added 10 points for West Side.

1A REGION 4 NEVADA 60, ACORN 47

EMERSON - Brianna Mullins scored 33 points as the Nevada Lady Jays turned back the Acorn Lady Tigers in a semifinal game. Kenya Fraser and Chianti Roberson each scored nine points for Nevada, which led 15-9 after the first quarter and 36-22 at the half. Jasmine Jackson’s 15 points led Acorn.

KIRBY 45, WICKES 41

EMERSON - Ali Whisenhunt’s 19 points helped the Kirby Lady Trojans edge the Lady Wickes Lady Warriors in a semifinal game. Danielle Frachisue led Wickes with 20 points while Seybra Richardson and Kelse Frachisue added six points each. Wickes led 20-18 at the half, but was outscored 11-4 in the third quarter.
