There’s plenty to see, hear and slurp this weekend, according to Thursday’s Arkansas Weekend section.
Gravity-defying motorcyclists roar through Verizon Arena in North Little Rock as the AMSOIL Amsoil Arenacross returns Saturday and Sunday.
A wide variety of bisques and broths can be sampled at the annual soup smorgasbord, Soup Sunday. The fundraiser for Arkansas Advocates for Youth and Families will take place Sunday at Embassy Suites, 11301 Financial Centre Parkway, Little Rock.
And Thursday, Grammy-nominated classical and rock violinist Rachel Barton Pine will give a Valentine’s Day recital with pianist Matthew Hagle at 7:30 p.m. in the Grand Hall at the Clinton Presidential Center, 1200 President Clinton Ave., Little Rock, under the auspices of the Chamber Music Society of Little Rock.
