Bank of America settlement opposed

Questionable practices by Bank of America’s loan servicing unit continued well after the bank bought Countrywide Financial, the troubled subprime mortgage giant, in 2008, according to new documents filed in New Yrok state Supreme Court in Manhattan on Friday.
