For those who don't know what a Dorman is he is the Prairie Grove Police Chief, the reporter failed to provide that information. I assume Sgt. Craig Stout is a Fayetteville police officer, the reporter failed to provide that information.

So according to Sgt. Stout as long as it is a restaurant you can get drunk, start a fight, be involved in the fight, assault someone, batter someone, wave a semi automatic weapon around, in danger all the patrons, make fools of yourself, refuse to leave when management tells you, embarrass your departments, violate state criminal law, violate department policy, and you will not be arrested because it happened in a restaurant. What a load of crap. Fayetteville police should be ashamed of themselves.

Champhiplee, you're right on Dorman and Stout. That's my fault, not the reporter's, and I've updated. Thanks for pointing it out.

How could the responding officers not arrest these two after watching the security video. Did they watch it, if they did and they didn't do their duty they should be fired also. Did a police supervisor respond with the patrol officers. For crying out loud there was people crouching down behind tables trying to keep from being shot, they fought and argued with security and it looked like one of the idiots walked out finally with his pistol in his hand. This whole incident is a embarrassment and something should be done about it, Mr. Fayetteville mayor. The people of Fayetteville should demand a accounting and explanation.
