An investigation into campaign activities by Citizens for Growth in Cave Springs has determined the group didn't violate any campaign laws, but individual candidates may have.

Winters you need a cloud hanging over you. However the Ethics Commission is a joke. Not sure why the Commission is funded anymore. Nothing will become of this other then some print for the local newspaper.
