A man apparently jumped Tuesday from the third level of a parking deck at Northwest Medical center in a suicide attempt after being arrested in connection with the rape of an 8-year-old girl, according to a news release from the Springdale Police Department.
Justin Mahn, 38, is in critical condition at Northwest Medical Center, the news release stated. The Springdale Police Department received a call saying a man had been found at the street level of the parking deck apparently in cardiac arrest.
Mahn had been arrested Thursday and was out on bond, the news release stated.
