FAYETTEVILLE — A Springdale man faces felony charges after police said he molested an 8-year-old girl.
Justin Mahn, 38, of 1504 Kirsten Drive in Springdale was arrested Saturday in connection with felony rape and first-degree sexual assault.
According to an arrest report, an 8-year-old girl told detectives Mahn touched her inappropriately. He reportedly took baths with the girl and made her touch him inappropriately.
When asked by detectives how he thought his behavior would affect the girl, Mahn said “he was not a psychiatrist.”
He was released from the Washington County Detention Center on $10,000 bond Saturday.
