Where I live: My wife and I live in east Rogers with our two kids. We’re just off New Hope Road, so it’s a really good location for us. We’ve been in Northwest Arkansas for about five years now. Our home was actually the model home in the neighborhood we live in.
Occupation: Creative director at Moxy Ox, a creative and print company based in Springdale. Essentially what we do is help companies communicate through brand consultation and design work. We also do all of our printing in-house. We have a digital press. Day-to-day, what I’m in charge of is managing the creative workflow, making sure the projects are being completed on time and clients are happy and working with my business partner to develop new products and services.
My favorite space: My couch.
Why? We’ve got a lot going on at work, so things are getting busier and my days are getting longer. The living room in our house is smack-dab in the middle of the house, and it sort of serves as the hub of our lives. After we’ve gotten home from work, my wife and I will “veg” on the couch and play with the kids. It’s kind of the epicenter of my down time, and it’s where I’m able to spend the most time connecting with my family.
If I could do one thing to improve this space I would: Get a nicer couch.
