BELLA VISTA — Police Chief Ken Farmer will present a new police policy and procedure manual for approval to the City Council on Monday.
The meeting is set for 6:30 p.m. at Highlands Crossing Center.
The manual was established by the Arkansas Association of Chiefs of Police, of which Farmer is a member.
The council also will consider buying a new ambulance and replacing pavement on Dogwood Drive.
Several ordinances will be read for the second or third times. Second readings will be for parking and dog tethering ordinances, and third readings will be for an ordinance amending the city’s sign code and one requiring a collection service for removal of solid waste.
The meeting is open to the public.
