Austin Allen, Fayetteville’s senior quarterback, is tackled by Bentonville senior defensive back Chris Mizzelle during the first half on Friday at Tiger Stadium in Bentonville.
Fayetteville drove into Bentonville territory on final possession of the game Friday, but a fourth-and-5 pass play from Austin Allen to Jordan Dennis into the corner of the endzone didn’t go as planned with just less than a minute to play.

I'm a Tigers fan, but that field goal kick was tremendous.
Fayetteville played a great game.
