Pulliza, Norton headed to China

Arkansas Coach Robert Pulliza and outside hitter Jasmine Norton will spend two weeks with the U.S. national team at the China-USA Challenge Invitational in China.

Tournaments begin July 5-7 in Tianjin, China, and in Beijing on July 9-11. The event will feature club teams from Liaoning, Shanghai and Tianjin. Each team will play six matches, with at least four of them being televised in China.

“I am extremely excited for Jasmine to have the opportunity,” Pulliza said in a release from the school. “I think it will help her grow as a person and a player. Very few athletes have the opportunity to represent their country in an international competition of this caliber, and it will be something she will never forget.” MOTOR SPORTS
