Benton County Sheriff’s Office

• Pamela Fuchs, 37, of 2712 N. Graham Road in Lowell was arrested Thursday in connection with felony theft by receiving. Fuchs was being held in the Benton County Jail Thursday without bond.

• Raoul Luevano, 34, of Siloam Springs was arrested Thursday in connection with felony residential burglary. Luevano was being held in the Benton County Jail Thursday without bond.

• Samantha Mansker, 24, of 1369 Ozark Acres Road in Bentonville was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession of a counterfeit substance with intent to deliver. Mansker was being held in the Benton County Sheriff’s Office Thursday without bond.

• Armond Cunningham, 52, of 502 S.E. A St. in Bentonville was arrested Thursday in connection with felony fourth-offense driving while intoxicated, terroristic threatening in the first degree, misdemeanor driving while license suspended, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and refusal to take a chemical test. Cunningham remained in the Benton County Jail Thursday without bond.

Springdale

• Bobby R. Tygart, 32, of 807 N. Jackson St. in Cabot was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony breaking or entering, misdemeanor fleeing and carrying a prohibited weapon. Tygart remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday on $2,500 bond and a parole violation.

• Brandon Bates, 27, of 221 S. Depot Main in Judsonia was arrested Wednesday in connection with a felony Lonoke County warrant for failure to appear for a burglary charge. Bates remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday awaiting transfer to Lonoke County.

• Haley Terry, 22, of 308-D Cleveland St. was arrested in connection with felony third-degree domestic battery. Police said Haley was in a fight with her boyfriend. Haley remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday awaiting a bond hearing.

• Chilaphone Souvannasing, 33, of 619 McClure Ave. in Lowell was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession of drug paraphernalia. Souvannasing remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday awaiting a bond hearing.

• Tim Murphy reported Wednesday the theft of several belongs from 13605 Lookout Drive in Bella Vista.

• Hannah Akin reported Wednesday the theft of a purse and debit card.

• Kim Shipman of 2203 Trails End Drive in Bentonville reported Wednesday fraudulent use of her name to set up an AT&T U-verse account.

• Jacob McClintock of 3510 S.E. 14th St. in Bentonville reported Wednesday a forgery on a prescription.

Rogers

• Sherley Pollock of 808 N. 11th St. in Rogers reported Wednesday a theft.

Springdale

• Jose Capacho reported Thursday a breaking and entry at 2434 Kasey Ave.

• Carl Keeton reported Thursday a breaking and entry at 2314 Kasey Ave.
