Arkansas Democrat-Gazette/WILLIAM MOORE ***NOTE TO EDITOR: These guys where from Jonesboro, but where not affiliated with any particular high school in Jonesboro. Just a bunch of kids that wanted to form a team.*** Alexander Laffoon (L) and Trey Bolzer, both 14 of Jonesboro, navigate their robot during the Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology robotics competition Friday, June 15, 2012 at Springdale High School. The competition pitted teams of high school states from five states against each other.
