Former principal booked, released on $5,000 bond

Christopher Webb, the former Farmington High School principal, was booked into the Washington County Jail today in connection with several charges. He was released about two hours later on a $5,000 bond, according to jail records.

Webb, 42, had been hospitalized since his arrest last week. He resigned after his arrest. According to police records, officers responding to Webb's house found Webb naked and covered in blood, choking a woman. A dead dog was in the bathtub with its throat cut.

Webb is in the Washington County Jail in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member, domestic battering, interference with emergency communications, endangering the welfare of a minor, resisting arrest and cruelty to animals.
