Razorbacks yank Florida QB’s offer Arkansas Coach Bret Bielema called quarterback Tyler Cogswell of Plantation (Fla.) American Heritage on Friday and told him the Hogs were going to sign only one quarterback in the 2013 class, and it wasn’t going to be him.
