100 YEARS AGO Dec. 10, 1912 Legislation providing for electrocution of prisoners to be executed hereafter in Arkansas was urged yesterday by the Sheriffs’ Association of Arkansas, which held its semi-annual convention in the First Division Circuit Courtroom at the Pulaski county courthouse.
