Former University of Arkansas Coach Bobby Petrino leaves the field escorted by Capt. Lance King of the Arkansas State Police after the 2011 Allstate Sugar Bowl in New Orleans. The state police agency is setting a strict policy for troopers who provide security at athletic events.
The Arkansas State Police has established a policy for its employees who provide security at athletic events after one of its captains received an ethics sanction over gifts from a university football program.
