LITTLE ROCK — The Boone County sheriff’s office is searching for a man wanted on suspicion of possessing and distributing child pornography, according to a news release issued Monday.
Greg Chiello, 43, is being sought by the sheriff ’s office which found more than 30,000 images of child pornography on his personal computer and one image on his cellular phone, according to the release.
Chiello initially denied investigators access to his computer and phone, when they questioned him after receiving information from a female acquaintance, the release states. Investigators obtained a search warrant after Chiello refused to cooperate, and subsequently took the computer and phone to the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office Computer Forensics lab in Little Rock.
Investigators secured an arrest warrant after the forensic examination, but Chiello had moved before they were able to arrest him, according to the release. He is described as 6 foot tall, weighing 215 pounds, and having brown hair and brown eyes.
