ROGERS — A vehicle struck a power pole this morning, knocking out power to about 1,340 customers in the area of Bethel Heights and Lowell, said Peter Main, a spokesman for Southwestern Electric Power Co.
He said at about 9:30 a.m. that all but 25 of those customers would have power back within minutes, when they were switched to an alternate power supply.
The remaining 25 should have power back around 11 a.m., once a new pole is installed, Main said.
