The Arkansas Music Pavilion, now under Walton Arts Center ownership, will be the site of a May 1 concert by singer-songwriters Lucinda Williams and Billy Joe Shaver. Show time is 8 p.m.
On May 26, there will be a performance by The Band Perry, a group of siblings who mix country and rock.
Tickets for both concerts go on sale at 9 a.m. today.
Primus will perform at 8 p.m. May 27, with tickets going on sale at 9 a.m. March 11.
The pavilion is located at Northwest Arkansas Mall in Fayetteville. Ticket prices are $17-$77.

“Beach Ball: Cancun” will be Saturday at the Holiday Inn in Springdale. The event is a fundraiser for the Arts Center of the Ozarks in Springdale.
Guests can wear casual beach attire and dance to summertime music. Seaside cuisine will be served, and an auction will offer vacations, parties and services.
Hours are 7-11 p.m. A pre-party will be held in the hotel atrium at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $75, and an armband covering beverages and the pre-party is available for $25.

Soup Sunday benefits kids, families
Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families will hold its annual Soup Sunday fundraiser Sunday at the Holiday Inn in Springdale.
Hours are 4:30-7 p.m. Guests will dine on soups, breads and desserts, and the McFetridge Jazz Quartet will perform.
Bidders will be able to buy face time with local officials and business leaders as part of the event’s auction. Tickets are $20 for adults and $5 for children ages 5-12.
