Crisco is accepting entries in its Mediterranean Inspirations Recipe and Essay Contest through March 18. The grand-prize winner will receive a trip for two to Italy.
Consumers can submit their Mediterranean-inspired recipes and essays about how Crisco Olive Oil inspired them in the kitchen at Get InspiredWithCrisco.com. Recipes must contain at least two tablespoons of Crisco Olive Oil as well as two ingredients commonly used in Mediterranean-style cooking, such as tomatoes, garlic, olives, pasta, yogurt, legumes, fresh herbs, lentils, cheese.
