A Rogers couple was arrested Friday in connection with chaining a 5-year-old to a piece of furniture, according to a news release from the Rogers Police Department.

David Bridgeman, 26, and Jana Slinkard, 29, were charged with permitting the abuse of a minor, endangering the welfare of a minor in the first degree and false imprisonment, all felony charges, according to the news release.
Bond was set at $50,000 for Jana Bridgeman and $75,000 for David Bridgeman, the news release stated.
