Shooting Injures Man’s Cousin

Sgt. Andrew Oliver, left, of the Benton County Sheriff’s Office waits Tuesday with a handcuffed man arrested after the shooting of Mitchell Webb near 14425 W. Arkansas 102 near Centerton. Webb was treated for his wounds and released from Northwest Arkansas Medical Center-Bentonville.

Neighbors’ silence about past events at the Royce Webber house, 14425 W. Arkansas 102 west of Centerton, spoke volumes about the environment leading up to a Tuesday shooting.
