LITTLE ROCK — A Proctor man was killed in a single-vehicle accident early Tuesday in Edmondson, according to a preliminary Arkansas State Police fatality report.
Tracy Marsh, 39, was driving south on Arkansas 147 at 12:54 a.m. in a construction zone when he drove through a barricade and his Chevrolet pickup jumped a ditch. The truck then struck the back of a track hoe and caught fire.
Marsh was pronounced dead at the scene.
