Claudie Jackson Helmick, 38, of 13855 Elkhorn Road in Garfield was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony aggravated assault on a family or household member, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of firearms by certain persons, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms and terroristic threatening and misdemeanor assault on a family or household member. Helmick was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Heather Dianne Merlino, 22, of 772 Dry Hollow Road was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony fraudulent use of a credit or debit card and misdemeanor theft of property. Merlino was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Juan Antonio Sanchez-Pichardo, 33, of 503 N. Third St. was arrested Tuesday in connection with financial identity fraud and forgery. Sanchez-Pichardo was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
